Fantastic Taxi Service! Cannot recommend Jackson Shuttles more highly! Their drivers are excellent, punctual and professional. We used them multiple times while in South Africa. And Jackson was great — super-responsive and helpful with suggestions. He went above-and-beyond in proposing a special Panorama Tour itinerary that fit our family’s needs perfectly.

10/10 After I have made arrangements with another meter taxi driver yesterday (02/07/2022) around lunch time, to pick up our kids in the morning (03/07/2022 @5:20). When we called to check where he's at, to our surprise his phone was on voice-mail and after 10 minutes started to ring with no answer and went to Google I found Jackson Shuttle contact details, called the number and the old man answered the phone and talked to him explaining my situation since City bug is leaving at 6:00. When I called it was 5:20 and kids should be there before 5:45, Mr Jackson called us back at 5:37 to tell us that he picked up the kids and at 5:46 he called to notify us that he has dropped them off at the station where they are going to catch city bug. On their way to the station he called and let us speak to the kids, the service we've received from this company it's on another level to ourselves we were thinking that the kids will miss their transport but thanks to Mr Jackson for the professionalism you've shown to us.

Reliable service We returned from a trip oversees. At our arival in Nelspruit the taxi was waiting for us. The driver was courteous and helpful and the vehicle was neat and clean.

Time management Drivers are friendly and right on time....and they are very honest and will let you know if they are delayed or anything like that. Would definitely recommend.

It was amazing. Wouldn't trade the experience for anything else. You get the value of the money you pay. The feeling of being important. And the Private Experience shuttle, uber etc. Mr Jackson is the best, and most Def recommend.

Excellent service We had a car accident on holiday and called Jackson for a lift to the airport to collect a courtesy car. He responded immediately, collected me on time and made sure I was comfortable for the entire trip. He walked me into the airport and introduced me to the car hire kiosk attendant. Fantastic service and a human touch when I needed it most. Highly recommended!

Amazing and trustworthy service We had a last minute emergency collection from Kaapsehoop on Easter Sunday, and were collected early, the car was spotless, the conversation was pleasant and he even walked us to the Hertz inside the airport that we were looking for to make sure we found it. He was friendly and really made us feel like VIP's. Safety was also excellent. Highly recommend using them when in Nelspruit or the surrounding areas. Outstanding service!
